        "content": "<p>S'pore rules ex-Amcol leaders<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (Bloomberg): A Singapore court has found three<br>\nformer directors of the failed Amcol Holdings Ltd. guilty of<br>\nfailing their duties as directors in exercising reasonable<br>\ndiligence in relation to a loan and remittances to an Indonesian<br>\nventure, the Straits Times said Saturday, citing<br>\ndistrict court judge Koh Juat Jong.<\/p>\n<p>The three are: Robin Kang Thian Leng, Chng Heng Tiu and Johnny<br>\nKesuma. They were acquitted of seven other charges, and none was<br>\ndisqualified from company directorships, the report said.<\/p>\n<p>Trading in Amcol shares was halted July 1996 when it could not<br>\npay its debts and the company was subsequently acquired by<br>\nIndonesia's Sinar Mas group, which renamed the company Asia Food<br>\n&amp; Properties Ltd.<\/p>",
