        "content": "<p>Banda Aceh (ANTARA) - The Spokesperson for the Bireuen Regency\nGovernment, Muhajir Juli, stated that the first stage of housing\nstimulus aid for flood and landslide victims in the regency is in the\nprocess of being transferred to the recipients\u2019 accounts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe first stage of housing stimulus aid has been issued through the\nBireuen Regent\u2019s Decree Number: 300.2.2\/63 of 2026 on the Determination\nof Recipients of Housing Stimulus Aid for Houses Affected by Floods and\nLandslides in Stage I in the Bireuen Regency Area,\u201d he said when\ncontacted in Banda Aceh on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the first stage of housing stimulus aid had\npreviously been symbolically handed over by the Coordinating Minister\nfor Human Development and Culture (PMK), Pratikno, and is currently in\nthe process of being transferred to the recipients\u2019 accounts.<\/p>\n<p>As of Friday (27\/3), the number of housing stimulus aids transferred\nto recipients\u2019 accounts totalled 868 accounts or Rp18.12 billion from a\ntotal of 4,347 households affected by the disaster in Bireuen receiving\nthe housing stimulus funds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe transfer process is ongoing, and the amount will continue to\nincrease according to the beneficiary data. The housing stimulus aid is\ncarried out by the Central Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The recipients\u2019\naccounts are also created directly by the Central BSI,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that the socialisation of the first-stage housing stimulus\naid disbursement process is planned for the second week of April 2026 in\naccordance with the rules issued by the National Disaster Management\nAgency (BNPB), that the housing stimulus aid disbursement process for\nminor and moderate damage is carried out in two stages.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe first tranche disbursement is 80 percent, and the second tranche\nis 20 percent. We emphasise that all housing stimulus funds must be used\nfor home repairs and construction. They must not be used for other\npurposes,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>For assistance in the construction process, the Bireuen Regent has\nformed a technical team consisting of representatives from local\ngovernment elements, police, prosecutors, and TNI.<\/p>\n<p>He said that in the disbursement, there are several stages, namely\nnotification to the bank and the recipient community, preparation of\nmaterial needs, purchase of materials, invoices also containing account\nnumbers and mobile phone numbers of material shops, recipients are free\nto shop at any material shop, and the disbursement process at the\nbank.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, recipients will send proof of transfer online to\nmaterial shops, implementation of repairs and collection of purchase\ninvoices, verification by the technical team, and approval for the\nsecond tranche payment.<\/p>",
