The Speaker of the People\u2019s Consultative Assembly (MPR) of the\nRepublic of Indonesia, Ahmad Muzani, has emphasised that all public\ncriticism regarding the draft of the State Policy Guidelines (PPHN) will\nbe studied. Muzani noted that many inputs are considered significant for\nthe development of the PPHN draft.<\/p>\n
\u201cYesterday, there was a lot of input regarding the PPHN concept; the\nfeedback was quite substantial and high-quality, coming from readers\nfollowing this issue online, and we are continuing to study it. The\nteams from the Assessment Agency and the Study Commission will also\ncontinue to examine these meaningful contributions,\u201d Muzani said at the\nSenayan Complex, Jakarta, on Saturday (5\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n
Muzani stated that his office has not yet discussed the proposal for\na limited amendment to the PPHN. He noted that the PPHN is intended to\neventually become a formal legal product.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have not discussed that yet, but the direction is towards that,\nas this material must become a legal product,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n
Muzani added that the assessment process is ongoing. He stated that\nthe most suitable legal umbrella will be selected for the PPHN\ndraft.<\/p>\n
\u201cOnce this concept is deemed perfect, we must find its legal form.
