        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The South Jakarta District Office for Manpower,\nTransmigration, and Energy (Nakertransgi) has provided Independent Work\nTraining for Pasar Minggu residents through the creation of various\ncakes, held at the Kemuning RPTRA. \u201cWe hope that after attending the\ntraining, participants can start their own businesses and even absorb\nnew workers in their environment,\u201d said the Head of the Training,\nPlacement, Productivity, and Transmigration Section (P3T) of the South\nJakarta Nakertransgi District Office, Erning Kumaladewi, in Jakarta on\nWednesday. Erning explained that the training lasts for five working\ndays, from 10 to 16 April 2026, involving 50 participants from five\nsub-districts. According to her, this training aims to encourage\nparticipants to become independent entrepreneurs with skills in various\ncakes. At the end of the training, participants will receive free work\ntools as a form of support to start their businesses. \u201cThis assistance\nis expected to be utilised optimally to support the participants\u2019\nbusiness activities,\u201d she said. One resident of Cikoko Ward, Pancoran\nSub-district, Fajar Rafitansyah, stated that the training is very\nbeneficial for improving skills in the culinary field. \u201cThere are many\nthings that I previously did not know, now I know through the learning\nprocess over these five days,\u201d said Fajar. Fajar explained that he\nreceived various materials from the instructors, ranging from recipes to\ncake and bread making techniques with precise measurements, such as\ncassava bolen and tok cake or ku cake. \u201cIt is very enjoyable to attend\nthis training. I can also expand my social circle with other training\nparticipants in the culinary field,\u201d he said. He hopes that the\nknowledge gained can be applied to develop his business to progress and\ngrow, eventually recruiting workers. \u201cI already have a culinary business\nin duck rice. In the future, I want to combine it with cake products\nthat I have learned in this training,\u201d he said.<\/p>",
