At least approximately 21 thick pages containing 47 questions have\nbeen answered clearly, accompanied by evidence including around 28\nphotographs, stated Gufroni, the legal counsel for Ilma, to journalists\nat the Metro Jaya Regional Police on Tuesday (2\/6).<\/p>\n
According to Gufroni, the police also plan to conduct a crime scene\ninvestigation (TKP) regarding the reported case on Wednesday (3\/6).<\/p>\n
\u201cThe plan is that tomorrow, a crime scene investigation will be\ncarried out by the investigative team at the residence of Ms Ilma or at\nher father\u2019s residence,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
Gufroni further noted that his client remains traumatised by the\nalleged confinement incident, stating that Ilma is under significant\npsychological pressure.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt is important to note that Ms Ilma is still traumatised. During\nthe questioning, she shed tears because of the heavy psychological\npressure she is experiencing,\u201d explained Gufroni.<\/p>\n
Following her statement today, Ilma expressed her hope that the truth\nregarding the matter would be revealed.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy hope is that the truth can be uncovered. That is all,\u201d Ilma\nsaid.<\/p>\n
Previously, it was reported that the GRIB Jaya mass organisation\nfiled a counter-report against Ilma Sani Fitriana, the daughter of\nwriter Ahmad Bahar, to the Metro Jaya Regional Police. GRIB reported\nIlma for the alleged dissemination of fake news.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur legal and advocacy team for GRIB Jaya has received special power\nof attorney from Mr Haji Hercules to represent him in filing this report\nat the Metro Jaya Regional Police,\u201d said Hika TA Putra, spokesperson for\nthe GRIB Jaya Legal and Advocacy Team, at the Metro Jaya Regional Police\non Monday (25\/5).<\/p>\n
The report against Ilma was filed by the GRIB Jaya legal team and\nregistered under number LP\/B\/3749\/V\/2026\/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA, dated 25\nMay 2026. Ilma is being reported under Article 264 of the Criminal Code\nand Law Number 1 of 2023 regarding the criminal act of spreading false\nnews.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are reporting Ms IF and her associates. The report names Ms IF\nand others as the reported parties. The report concerns the spreading of\nnews and information that is incomplete, uncertain, and exaggerated. It\nis true (regarding the reported Ilma Sani Fitriana),\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n
He mentioned that they had submitted several pieces of evidence as\npart of the report and indicated that additional reports would be filed\nregarding the ongoing controversy.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe evidence includes media links and social media posts; the\nevidence we provided was well-received by the Police Report Centre\n(SPKT),\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Hika stated that the report was made because the Hercules faction\nclaimed to have been harmed by the allegations of confinement. He\nexpressed hope that the report would be processed.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe see many news reports and information being sensationalised and\nexaggerated, utilised by certain parties for specific interests.\nTherefore, this serves as a message: if you wish to rise, please do not\ndo so by stepping on others\u2019 heads,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n
