Wahyudi, a member of the Army's<br>\nSpecial Command (Kopasssus), who was killed in a guerrilla ambush<br>\non Wednesday in Aceh, arrived here on Thursday to a full military<br>\nreception.<\/p>\n<p>Spokesman for the military operations chief in Aceh, Lt. Col.<br>\nCHB Firdaus, said in Lhokseumawe on Thursday that Wahyudi was<br>\nkilled in action when separatist rebels from the Free Aceh<br>\nMovement (GAM) ambushed a military patrol of about 30 soldiers<br>\nearly on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The ambush occurred in Padang Sielumueng-Laguen, about 138-<br>\nkilometers west from the provincial capital of Banda Aceh.<\/p>\n<p>Firdaus claimed that the soldiers were attacked without<br>\nprovocation.<\/p>\n<p>\"They had not conducted any searches ... The soldiers that<br>\nwere hit were still in the car,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>Antara reported that three other soldiers were injured in the<br>\nattack. There was no immediate information about casualties on<br>\nthe rebels' side.<\/p>\n<p>The body of Pvt.
