Kuswadiono, 47, guilty of abusing his<br>\nposition by extorting a fellow soldier and a number of<br>\nbusinessmen accused of taking part in a lube oil scam, the Antara<br>\nnews agency reported.<\/p>\n<p>Between 1992 and 1993, Kuswadiono, according to the court,<br>\nobtained a total of Rp 203 million from the suspects after he<br>\nthreatened them with prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>The military prosecutors had previously sought a one-year jail<br>\nterm.
