        "content": "<p>Sofjan back home<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Businessman Sofjan Wanandi returned from an<br>\noverseas business trip Saturday declaring his readiness to answer<br>\na police summons tomorrow in connection with an ongoing<br>\ninvestigation into last month's bomb-making activities here.<\/p>\n<p>Sofjan told The Jakarta Post by telephone yesterday that he<br>\nflew back to Jakarta on a Singapore Airlines flight after<br>\nattending routine corporate meetings in Brisbane and Melbourne,<br>\nand another in Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>\"I would be ready to clarify everything for the police<br>\ntomorrow.\"<\/p>\n<p>Sofjan was questioned by the military last month in connection<br>\nwith bomb-making activities allegedly conducted by the outlawed<br>\nDemocratic People's Party (PRD). He has denied any link with PRD.<\/p>\n<p>The chairman of the diverse Gemala Group was mentioned as a<br>\npotential financier in one of the documents found in the Jakarta<br>\napartment where the homemade bomb exploded on Jan. 18.<\/p>\n<p>Sofjan drew criticism from the military when he left for<br>\nAustralia more than one week ago.<\/p>\n<p>\"I am very disappointed that I was accused of fleeing the<br>\ncountry,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, some 1,000 Jakarta Moslems gathered at Al Azhar<br>\nGrand Mosque to hear their leaders' fiery speeches against groups<br>\nthey called \"traitors of the nation.\"<\/p>\n<p>In the monthly gathering organized by the Indonesian Committee<br>\nfor World Moslems Solidarity (KISDI), ulema condemned certain<br>\ngroups in society who have helped bring about the economic<br>\ncrisis.<\/p>\n<p>KISDI executive A.
