        "content": "<p>Soerjadi wants more PBSI candidates<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: The former chairman of the Indonesian Badminton<br>\nAssociation (PBSI), Soerjadi, feels two candidates for the PBSI<br>\nchairman position are not enough.<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta Governor Sutiyoso and media tycoon Dahlan Iskan are<br>\nrunning for the PBSI's top post left vacant by Chairul Tanjung. A<br>\nnew chairman will be elected at an extraordinary meeting on<br>\nSaturday in Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>\"Choosing one person from only two is definitely much simpler<br>\nthan choosing from a hundred, but one may question the quality of<br>\nthe chosen person,\" Soerjadi said.<\/p>\n<p>Soerjadi, who served as chairman from 1993 to 1997, questioned<br>\nthe urgency of holding the meeting, saying the conflict within<br>\nthe PBSI was due to a lack of communication and could be resolved<br>\nby organizing a meeting between the regional chapters and the<br>\ncentral board -- JP.<\/p>",
