        "content": "<p>Soeharto welfare concepts renewed<\/p>\n<p>In addition to reviving an intelligence system introduced by<br>\nformer president Soeharto, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono<br>\nalso plans to adopt a number of welfare programs that were<br>\noriginally initiated by the now ailing former leader.<\/p>\n<p>Among the programs that will be revived are immunization week,<br>\nthe family prosperity program, the integrated health post system,<br>\ncommunity cooperation week and national health week.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Not everything from the past is bad.
