        "content": "<p>Access to education for people with disabilities continues to pose a\nchallenge amid efforts to equalise the quality of human resources.\nCross-sector support is considered vital to ensure that inclusive\neducation reaches more vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n<p>Several industry players are beginning to contribute to strengthening\ninclusive education through social programmes and collaborations with\neducational institutions. These efforts are expected to enhance the\ncapacity and self-confidence of disabled students in facing the world of\nwork.<\/p>\n<p>For instance, PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) provided\nsupport to visually impaired students at SLB-A Pembina Tingkat Nasional\nJakarta on 24 April 2026. The activity was carried out in collaboration\nwith Yayasan Helping Hands, featuring disability communication\neducation, introduction to the world of work, and interactive\nactivities.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, IIF donated three laptop units and educational support\nworth Rp25 million to bolster the teaching and learning process.<\/p>\n<p>IIF President Director &amp; CEO Rizki Pribadi Hasan stated that the\nprogramme aims to strengthen the readiness of disabled students to face\nthe future. \u201cThe entire series of activities is intended to provide\ninsights, motivation, and build the self-confidence of visually impaired\nstudents so they are better prepared to face the future,\u201d he said on\nThursday (30\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>IIF Chief Risk Officer Lestari Umardin added that collaboration is\nkey to expanding access to equitable education. \u201cThrough collaboration,\nwe want to ensure that equal and meaningful educational access reaches\nmore beneficiaries,\u201d Lestari said.<\/p>\n<p>This programme is part of IIF\u2019s employee engagement initiative, which\nencourages employee involvement in social activities. In the future,\nstrengthening inclusive education is seen as necessary to continue\nsupporting the needs of more equitable and sustainable human resource\ndevelopment.<\/p>",
