What <br>\nabout the other children whose parents are even worse off and <br>\ncannot afford to pay?<\/p>\n<p>The government, which was directly elected by the people, <br>\nseems unable to do anything about the problem of school fees, <br>\nwhich are now set by market mechanisms.<\/p>\n<p>The coordinating minister for the economy once said that if <br>\npeople could not afford to buy gas for cooking, they should buy <br>\nkerosene instead.
