        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education\n(Kemendikdasmen) has sent a letter requesting follow-up action to the\nDistrict\/City Education Offices regarding findings of several violations\ncommitted by supervisors\/proctors\/monitors during the implementation of\nthe Academic Ability Test (TKA) for the junior secondary school (SMP)\nlevel.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the Basic and Secondary Education Policy Agency (BKPDM) of\nKemendikdasmen, Toni Toharudin, stated that the ministry issued the\nrequest letter to the relevant Education Offices on 12 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the process of imposing sanctions on the\nsupervisors\/proctors\/monitors proven to have committed violations is\nentirely delegated to the Education Offices in accordance with the\napplicable provisions in Ministerial Decree Number 95 of 2025 on the\nImplementation of the Academic Ability Test.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding violations committed by students as test participants, the\nministry found no instances that resulted in zero scores for SMP-level\nTKA participants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor SMP, there are almost no violations that result in zero scores,\u201d\nToni said.<\/p>\n<p>On the same occasion, Head of the Education Assessment Centre\n(Pusmendik) of Kemendikdasmen, Rahmawati, stated that the centre has so\nfar received reports regarding several Education Offices that have\nsummoned the supervisors\/proctors\/monitors in question, but has not yet\nobtained further information on the actual sanctions imposed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndeed, some have said they were immediately summoned by the office,\nbut after being summoned, what is the follow-up, what are the actual\nsanctions, we haven\u2019t been informed,\u201d Rahmawati said.<\/p>\n<p>For information, the following is the list of\nsupervisors\/proctors\/monitors proven to have committed violations during\nthe SMP-level TKA implementation: supervisor from SMP Swasta Islam\nAttadhomunul Islam, Sampang Regency, named Sulaiman, for conducting a\nTikTok live during the exam and smoking.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, supervisor from SMPN 1 Gunung Sitoli, Gunung Sitoli\nCity, named Krisman Dohona, for uploading a video showing TKA questions\nto a Facebook account; supervisor from SMP Negeri 1 Manisrenggo, Klaten\nRegency, named Yeppi Wardhana, for conducting a TikTok live during the\nexam.<\/p>\n<p>Besides those three, other supervisors who committed violations\ninclude the supervisor from SMP Negeri 3 Samudera, North Aceh Regency,\nnamed Maimun, for conducting a TikTok live during the exam, and the\nsupervisor from SMP 6 PSKD, Depok City, named Aswita Yosefa Manalu, for\nuploading an image to a Facebook account displaying the question\nscreen.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, schools that also committed violations include MTs NW\nBorotumbuh, East Lombok Regency, because the school account conducted a\nTikTok live during the exam, and SMP Negeri 2 Cilaku, Cianjur Regency,\nbecause the school account uploaded an image to Facebook displaying the\nexam screen and code.<\/p>",
