        "content": "<p>Smokers and 'Post' cartoon<\/p>\n<p>I am very much concerned about the cartoon published in The<br>\nJakarta Post, Feb. 19, which described the Jakarta governor as<br>\nblaming smokers for causing pollution in the capital.<\/p>\n<p>It is true that smoking risks the health of millions of people<br>\nfrom all walks of life in the city, including slum dwellers, who<br>\nare generally active smokers while their homes are poorly<br>\nventilated.<\/p>\n<p>Employees and students traveling by bus also have to spend<br>\nhours inhaling the fumes of other smokers.
