        "content": "<p>Smog back in Singapore<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (Reuters): Singaporeans woke up to the smell of<br>\nsmoke yesterday as smog fueled by Indonesian bush fires sneaked<br>\nback into town overnight.<\/p>\n<p>The government said the air was unhealthy after nearly a week<br>\nof almost decent weather.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Environment said the Pollutants Standard Index<br>\n(PSI) hit 104 as of 10 a.m. (9 a.m. Jakarta time).<\/p>\n<p>It told the sick and elderly to reduce physical exertion and<br>\noutdoor activities, and the general public to cut back on<br>\nvigorous outdoor exercise.<\/p>\n<p>A PSI level of 101 or higher is considered unhealthy.<br>\nLike much of Southeast Asia, Singapore has been subject to<br>\nfrequent bouts of smoky haze since August, prompting regular<br>\nhealth warnings from the government.<\/p>",
