        "content": "<p>PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) or PT SMI is targeting\nfunding requirements of IDR 24 trillion for 2026 to finance\ninfrastructure projects.<\/p>\n<p>Aradita Priyanti, Director of Operations and Finance at PT SMI,\nexplained that the company will focus on financing infrastructure\nprojects this year. \u201cFor this year, approximately IDR 24 trillion is\ncurrently being fundraised,\u201d Aradita said.<\/p>\n<p>The funding composition will be dominated by Indonesian rupiah, with\nforeign funding accounting for only around 25 percent. \u201cThe funding is\ninitially in IDR, so the composition is indeed more heavily weighted\ntowards IDR. For foreign financing, we endeavour to match it with the\nfinancing we undertake, so it works out better,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n<p>Reynaldi Hermansjah, President Director of PT SMI, outlined that the\nprojects to be financed this year include hydroelectric power plants,\nsolar power plants, as well as telecommunications and data centre\ninfrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is quite diverse and well-distributed, so there is no specific\nfocus, but rather sustainable infrastructure projects, particularly\nrenewable energy projects,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Reynaldi highlighted several renewable energy projects that will be\nsupported, including mini hydroelectric power plants distributed across\nSumatra and Sulawesi. Additionally, there are solar power generation\nprojects located in Batam and East Java.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRenewable energies include mini hydro plants, with locations in\nSumatra and Sulawesi, and several solar power plant locations in Batam\nand East Java, as well as geothermal power plants,\u201d he explained.<\/p>",
