Angkasa Raya in Kemayoran district, Central<br>\nJakarta, early Thursday, city police spokesman Lt. Col. Zainuri<br>\nLubis said.<\/p>\n<p>Lubis said the floating body was spotted by a local named<br>\nWawan at about 3:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Lubis said Wawan was on his way home when he saw the body on<br>\nthe canal which is located near the office building of Merpati<br>\nNusantara Airlines.<\/p>\n<p>\"He first thought it was an adult body, but when he<br>\ninvestigated further ... it was a small boy,\" Lubis said.<\/p>\n<p>The dead boy was identified as Niko, a resident of the nearby<br>\nneighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>His body was taken to Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital for<br>\na postmortem examination, Lubis said.<\/p>\n<p>\"There are no signs of torture on his body,\" Lubis said,<br>\nquoting the autopsy result.<\/p>\n<p>Lubis said police had questioned Niko's parents.
