Six airlines certified<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Six chartered airlines have won the Air Operator
\nCertificate from the Directorate General of Air Transportation.<\/p>\n
The six airlines, PT Air Pacific, PT Aneka Nuri, PT Bali Air,
\nPT Intan Angkasa Air Service, PT Trans Air and PT Travia Utama,
\nreceived the certificates Monday from Secretary of the
\nDirectorate General of Air Transportation Matondang.<\/p>\n
Deputy director of flight operations Christian Bisara said
\nyesterday that the government had assessed several items in
\nreviewing the airlines.<\/p>\n
\"Among others, they have to have maintenance plans, training
\nprograms, and financial soundness to purchase necessary spare
\nparts,\" he said.<\/p>\n
He said that any airline having won such a certificate was
\nalways under continuous surveillance. (icn)<\/p>",
