        "content": "<p>Siwani eyes L&amp;M&apos;s projects<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (AFX-ASIA): L&amp;M Group Investments Ltd said PT Siwani<br>\nTrimitra Tbk has offered to buy its pipeline projects in<br>\nIndonesia.<\/p>\n<p>In exchange, PT Siwani has proposed to issue new shares to L&amp;M<br>\nat a price to be agreed by both parties, it said.<\/p>\n<p>The projects, including Surabaya Depot Satelit, Pipanisasi BBM<br>\nManggis Sanggaran and Kuala Tanjung Trnasit Terminal, were<br>\nsuspended in 1998.<\/p>\n<p>L&amp;M, through Van der Horst Technologies Pte Ltd,<br>\nInfrastructure Technology International Inc and PT VDH Teguh<br>\nSakti, has so far invested A$24 million in the projects which<br>\nwere awarded by Pertamina.<\/p>\n<p>L&amp;M said it and PT Siwani &quot;intend to cooperate to remove all<br>\nobstacles, be it legal or technical in nature, for the projects<br>\nto resume expeditiously.&quot;<\/p>",
