        "content": "<p>Sites chosen for another disarmament<\/p>\n<p>BANDA ACEH, Aceh: The government, separatist rebels and<br>\nforeign monitors have agreed on the sites for a second phase of<br>\nrebel disarmament in Aceh province, a member of the foreign<br>\nmonitoring team said on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>But the start date for the weapons handover is still to be<br>\ndecided.<\/p>\n<p>Weapons would be surrendered in Sabang town and in the<br>\ndistricts of North Aceh, East Aceh and Aceh Tamiang, said Lt.<br>\nGen.
