Siswanto shows police five 'killing fields'<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Siswanto, the alleged sodomizer and killer of 12
\nboys, has shown the police the five locations in Kemayoran,
\nCentral Jakarta, where he said he had left the bodies of five of
\nhis victims.<\/p>\n
Central Jakarta Police Chief Lt. Col. Abubakar Nataprawira
\nsaid yesterday the police had asked Siswanto to show them the
\nscenes of the crimes on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n
He took them to Kemayoran, where four of the eight bodies were
\nfound.<\/p>\n
The police are looking for at least four more bodies because
\nthe suspect has admitted killing 12 boys.<\/p>\n
Abubakar said the police will match the features of Rasyid,
\none of the boys which Siswanto admitted killing, with a skeleton
\nfound in March.<\/p>\n
The police received two more reports of missing boys from
\ntheir parents on Tuesday and Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Siswanto, a scavenger, admitted sodomizing and killing the
\nboys, Abdul Rasyid, 11, and Abdilla, 10. But their features have
\nnot matched any of the eight bodies.<\/p>\n
Rasyid's mother, Rokiyah, said her son had disappeared last
\nyear. Witnesses saw Siswanto, her neighbor at Gaplok market,
\nSenen, picking up her son at his elementary school.<\/p>\n
Skeleton<\/p>\n
\"If the skeleton matches the features of Rasyid, we only have
\nto search for Abdilla's body,\" he said.<\/p>\n
Abdilla's father, Rahmat, reported to the police precinct on
\nThursday that his son, a shoeshine boy in Senen market, Central
\nJakarta, went missing on May 29.<\/p>\n
The father fainted when Siswanto admitted killing his son,
\nafter Rahmat showed him a picture of Abdilla.<\/p>\n
Abubakar said he has yet to receive the results of the
\nsuspect's psychiatric examination.<\/p>\n
During a preliminary interrogation, Siswanto said he had once
\nbeen sodomized by his friend when he was 11, and several times
\nsince by other older boys.<\/p>\n
Central Jakarta police detectives apprehended Siswanto at a
\nrailway station in Tegal, Central Java, on July 27. (jun)<\/p>",
