        "content": "<p>Sinar Surya sues Kian Ho<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (Reuter): Singapore&apos;s Kian Ho Bearings Ltd said on<br>\nThursday it was being sued by Indonesian firm PT Sinar Surya Corp<br>\nover the alleged supply of unsatisfactory goods.<\/p>\n<p>Kian Ho said in a statement it was counter-claiming for<br>\ndefamation.<\/p>\n<p>The Singapore company said it was being sued for damages,<br>\ninterests and costs &quot;arising from the alleged supply of non-<br>\ngenuine goods and for alleged negligent misstatement and\/or<br>\nfraudulent misrepresentation on or around 1991-1992&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>It said Kian Ho director Kwek Che Chuan was also being sued<br>\nover the same allegations.<\/p>",
