To\nprovide access to global-standard education, the company initiated the\nSinar Mas Land World-Class Education Expo 2026, themed \u201cGrow for a\nBetter Future,\u201d held from 10 to 12 April 2026 at Fountain Atrium, Grand\nIndonesia, Jakarta.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are proud to present the Sinar Mas Land World-Class Education\nExpo 2026 for the first time,\u201d said Irawan Harahap, CEO of Digital Tech\nEcosystem & Development at Sinar Mas Land.<\/p>\n
Attended by more than 1,000 participants, the event provided\ncomprehensive information on the world of education, from details on\nglobal education opportunities and direct consultations with experts,\npromotional platforms for educational institutions, to personalised\nadvice to help students make the right education choices. \u201cThrough\nDigital Hub, we are consistently building an integrated education\necosystem that connects learning, life, and innovation to create\ncollaborative spaces relevant to future needs.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Sinar Mas Land World-Class Education Expo 2026 involved various\nleading educational institutions, from preschools to universities,\nincluding Wellington College Independent School Jakarta, ACS Jakarta,\nSingapore Intercultural School (SIS) Jakarta, Deutsche Schule Jakarta,\nBINUS ASO School of Engineering, and Monash University Indonesia, as\nwell as professors from the University of Nottingham sharing insights\nwith parents and students on selecting interdisciplinary fields for the\nfuture. The presence of these institutions demonstrates synergy across\nstakeholders in expanding access to high-quality international-standard\neducation.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe believe that good education must be obtained continuously from an\nearly age to adulthood, so that every individual can grow empowered,\nindependent, and ready to face global challenges,\u201d said Irawan.<\/p>\n
This initiative is a tangible manifestation of the company\u2019s efforts\nto open up education access in BSD City as a World-Class Education\nTownship, supported by a variety of international-standard institutions.\n\u201cThus, we hope to encourage the emergence of superior talent that is\nadaptive (future-ready) to global dynamics. Moving forward, we will\ncontinue to contribute to making Indonesia a centre for global talent\ndevelopment that can create added value for the national economy.\u201d<\/p>\n
A comprehensive range of activities was presented during the\nexhibition, from educational talk shows and seminars, school\nperformances, coding competitions and class experiences that provide a\ndirect glimpse into learning methods, to kids\u2019 coding competitions and\ncreative workshops that encourage skill development from an early\nage.<\/p>\n
In addition, various family activities such as storytelling, live\nmusic, and more were available. All these activities not only provided\ninteractive educational experiences but also strengthened visitor\nengagement in a fun and inspiring learning atmosphere. Visitors also had\nthe opportunity to gain additional benefits, such as scholarship\nopportunities and special offers from various global educational\ninstitutions.<\/p>\n
