The Sinar Mas Muslim Foundation (YMSM) has endowed Qur\u2019ans to the\nAl-Nahdlah Islamic Boarding School in Depok, West Java. The endowment\naims to encourage the students to deepen their faith through reading the\nQur\u2019an.<\/p>\n
\u2018May what we have endow ed contribute to the formation of the faith\nof the male and female students here. Especially in the Ramadan month,\nwhich we know as the month of the Qur\u2019an,\u2019 said the Chairman of YMSM,\nSaleh Husin, in a statement on Sunday (8 March 2026).<\/p>\n
He added that during Ramadan there is taradus? The community engages\nin tadarus, reflecting on and practicing what is contained in the\nQur\u2019an, intensively.<\/p>\n
In a symbolic handover of 1,000 Qur\u2019ans to the caretaker of\nAl-Nahdlah Boarding School, KH M Asrorun Ni\u2019am Sholeh in Depok, West\nJava, were present also a Member of the YMSM Board of Patrons,\nBurhanudin Amin, and a Member of the Supervisory Board, Suwandi.<\/p>\n
According to Burhanudin, the foundation prays that the students,\nespecially at this halfway point of Ramadan, remain enthusiastic in\npursuing knowledge. \u2018Alongside continuing with tadarus and successfully\nobserving the fast,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n
YMSM within the Sinar Mas group presents itself as a platform for\nopen, tolerant, equal, and compassionate practice of Islam, while\nexternally the foundation engages in dialogue with individuals or\ninstitutions with similar intentions.<\/p>\n
