        "content": "<p>To support the sustainable increase in TKDN, SIG actively develops\nspare parts components through Research and Development (R&amp;D)\nactivities.<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Semen Indonesia\/SIG (Persero) has recorded\nlocal spare parts spending of Rp809 billion in 2025, an increase of 2.79\npercent compared to the previous year\u2019s Rp787 billion, which serves as\nevidence of the company\u2019s support for the Domestic Component Level\n(TKDN).<\/p>\n<p>SIG Corporate Secretary Vita Mahreyni stated in Jakarta on Wednesday\nthat the increased use of domestic products is not merely to meet\nregulations but is also part of the company\u2019s strategic initiatives\naligned with the SIG 2030 Sustainability Roadmap.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo support the sustainable increase in TKDN, SIG actively develops\nspare parts components through Research and Development (R&amp;D)\nactivities with industry partners and SMEs to continuously enhance\nproduction capacity, technological innovation, and the competitiveness\nof domestic products,\u201d said Vita Mahreyni.<\/p>\n<p>This increase also surged 164.3 percent from the 2020 baseline of\nRp306 billion, forming part of SIG\u2019s strategy to strengthen the domestic\nsupply chain and improve operational efficiency amid growing\ncompetitiveness in the building materials industry.<\/p>\n<p>She added that the sustainable procurement implemented by the company\nis aimed at strengthening domestic suppliers while maintaining\nefficiency and competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>This approach is also part of the ESG (Environmental, Social,\nGovernance)-based transformation that drives the creation of sustainable\neconomic value.<\/p>\n<p>As Indonesia\u2019s largest building materials producer, SIG integrates\nthe use of domestic products from raw material procurement, spare parts,\nto supporting industry services.<\/p>\n<p>This strategy is considered capable of strengthening business\nfundamentals through cost efficiency and optimisation of the supply\nchain based on local resources.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout 2025, SIG\u2019s total domestic product spending (PDN)\nrealisation reached Rp21.79 trillion, equivalent to 93.47 percent of\ntotal goods and services spending of Rp23.32 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>This achievement provides a tangible contribution from the company to\nsupporting national economic growth amid global dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, SIG continues to strengthen the competitiveness of local\nproducts through innovation, including the development of low-carbon\ncement that utilises domestic raw materials to improve energy efficiency\nwhile reducing emissions.<\/p>\n<p>Vita Mahreyni emphasised that sustainability and efficiency are the\nmain foundations of the company\u2019s operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe ensure that every business process is not only efficient but also\nprovides real impact on strengthening the national industry and\nenvironmental sustainability,\u201d she said.<\/p>",
