For some US$16 million, a plant will be<br>\nbuilt at Cilegon outside Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>The facility is to go on stream in July 1996 and eventually<br>\nhave annual production capacity of 70,000 kilometers of fiber<br>\noptic cables meant for the Indonesian market.<\/p>",
