A cow belonging to a farmer from Kampung Pasirkuning, Pasirlangu\nVillage, Cisarua, West Bandung Regency, has been chosen as the Eid\nal-Adha 1447 Hijri sacrifice for President Prabowo Subianto. The\nbrown-coloured Simental cow, named \u2018Si Mayor\u2019, weighs 1.05 tonnes,\nstands approximately 160 centimetres tall, and is three years old.<\/p>\n
The owner, 48-year-old Dede, expressed great pride and joy that his\nanimal was selected. He noted that \u2018Si Mayor\u2019 was officially registered\nas a candidate for President Prabowo\u2019s sacrifice. Following a series of\nselection stages and health examinations, the cow was approved. Dede\nconfirmed that \u2018Si Mayor\u2019 met the health, weight, and height standards\nestablished by the Presidential Secretariat (Setpres). Dede has agreed\nto sell the cow for Rp110 million.<\/p>\n
\u2018The health examination was conducted previously, covering everything\nfrom the hooves to the mouth; its health has been fully ensured,\u2019 D\u2019ede\nsaid. He had been raising the cow since it was two years old, providing\nregular vitamins and daily care to ensure its optimal growth.<\/p>\n
According to the latest information, the cow is scheduled to be\ndelivered two days after Eid al-Adha, intended for residents of West\nBandung, though the exact location is yet to be confirmed. The cow is\ncurrently awaiting shipment.<\/p>\n
The Head of the West Bandung Fisheries and Livestock Office, Wiwin\nAprianti, revealed that there were initially three candidates from the\nParongpong, Cisarua, and Gununghalu regions, but the cow from Dede\u2019s\nfarm in Pasirlangu was ultimately selected. Wiwin stated that the health\nof \u2018Si Mayor\u2019 will continue to be monitored until delivery.
