Sharp increase in phone bill<\/p>\n

My handphone had not functioned since Sept. 20, 1995. If I
\ntried to dial a certain number I had to do it through a specific
\nnumber. I did that only to find that I had to contact Selindo to
\nregister again.<\/p>\n
Selindo made me leave my handphone with them. I left the set
\non Sept. 21, 1995, and got it back the following day.<\/p>\n
The same thing happened on Nov. 8, 1995. I again submitted the
\nhandphone to Selindo on Nov. 9, 1995 and got it back on Nov. 10,
\n1995.<\/p>\n
What surprised me, and to my great disadvantage, was my
\ntelephone bill was three times higher than it normally was. I
\ndecided to get a copy of the read-out from PT Telkom. Upon
\nchecking, I found almost 60 numbers with the code 021 and other
\ncalls, including long distance calls and international line
\nconnections, that I knew nothing about and had nothing to do with
\nme.<\/p>\n
All these calls were made when I registered the set at Selindo
\nand left it with them for two days. Who is responsible for this
\nmatter? And to whom should I report it? Must I pay the bill for
\nthe phone calls I did not make? I hope I will get a response to
\nmy letter, and uncover the mischievous practice.<\/p>\n
