Elitindo Citralestari and Madarac<br>\nCorp. to develop a resort hotel on the Indonesian island of<br>\nBintan near Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>The joint venture company, to be incorporated in Indonesia,<br>\nwould have an authorized share capital of US$20 million and an<br>\ninitial paid-up share capital of $2.5 million, a statement from<br>\nShangri-La said.<\/p>\n<p>P.T.
