The\ncongestion was centred around the Kebon Baru traffic light heading\ntowards Cakung.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGood evening, commander, permission to report: traffic from Kebon\nBaru heading south or Cakung has come to a standstill,\u201d reported a\npolice officer on duty at 8:36 PM WIB.<\/p>\n<p>Police then investigated the cause of the congestion on Jalan Semper\nTimur and surrounding areas. It turned out that a container had stopped\nin the leftmost lane.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, the police instructed the container to move away from\nthe location.
