However,\nshe revealed that 37 of the 312 SPPG kitchens have yet to obtain a\nHygiene Sanitation Certificate (SLHS). The reasons include kitchens not\nyet being operational, the absence of a designated SPPG manager, and\nincomplete facilities and infrastructure according to the technical\nguidelines of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) and the Ministry of\nHealth. Fulfilling the SLHS requirements is considered a crucial aspect\nto ensure kitchen management meets food safety and environmental health\nstandards.
