        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Several education departments have imposed\nsanctions on a number of teachers and exam supervisors proven to have\ncommitted violations during the implementation of the Academic Ability\nTest (TKA) for junior high school education level last week.<\/p>\n<p>The Technical Team Coordinator of the Rembang Regency Education,\nYouth, and Sports Office, Central Java Province, Ngadiyono, emphasised\nthat upon receiving information about the violation on 9 April 2026, his\nside immediately contacted the relevant school.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe immediately reprimanded the school principal and requested that\nthe Facebook post be deleted immediately as an initial response to the\nviolation that occurred,\u201d said Ngadiyono in a written statement in\nJakarta on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>As a follow-up step, the Rembang Education Office then issued an\nadministrative sanction in the form of a written reprimand letter to the\nschool party.<\/p>\n<p>Not only that, the Rembang Education Office also summoned the school\nparty to provide clarification while strengthening commitment to\nmaintaining the integrity of the assessment implementation.<\/p>\n<p>This step was carried out as part of the coaching and supervision of\neducational units.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll the steps we have taken are in accordance with the Standard\nOperating Procedures for the Academic Ability Test, including in giving\nreprimands and sanctions to the school party,\u201d emphasised Ngadiyono.<\/p>\n<p>A similar action was also taken by the Sumedang Regency Education\nOffice, West Java Province, which imposed sanctions on a teacher\nsuspected of publishing video content on YouTube containing part of the\nTKA material or questions that are confidential in nature.<\/p>\n<p>The Sumedang Regency Education Office issued the sanction after\nconducting a series of examinations and clarifications.<\/p>\n<p>The sanction consisted of an oral reprimand, coaching, and obliging\nthe individual to maintain the confidentiality of TKA documents in\naccordance with applicable provisions.<\/p>",
