"summary": "The Setara Institute has urged a complete investigation into the acid attack on KontraS deputy coordinator Andrie Yunus, questioning whether it was an act of rogue individuals or part of a command chain. Police and military authorities have identified and detained suspects, while the DPR has agreed to form a working committee to oversee the case. This incident, occurring after Yunus discussed militarism and the TNI Law, highlights threats to human rights activists and the need for an independent fact-finding team to ensure substantive justice.",
