First of all, the plane was<br>\ndelayed for about one hour. More importantly though, during the<br>\nflight, I could see that there was discrimination in the service<br>\ngiven by the crew.<\/p>\n<p>It was very different to the treatment I received on other<br>\nflights. On this occasion there was one Indonesian worker who<br>\nwanted to go to the lavatory but didn&apos;t know how to open the<br>\ndoor. One steward apparently noticed it but didn&apos;t bother to come<br>\nand help. Did he feel above helping an Indonesian worker?<\/p>\n<p>Also, when I tried to retrieve my bag stored above the<br>\npassengers seat, I was helped by a gentleman not by a steward or<br>\nstewardess who just stood staring. How can such a well known<br>\ncompany like Malaysia Airlines treat its customers like that? Was<br>\nit due to the short trip, for which we paid less than a long-haul<br>\nflight?
