The 32-kilometre\nstrategic project has reached 80% progress in planning. Minister of\nPublic Works Dody Hanggodo stated that acceleration efforts are ongoing\nto finalise the planning stages promptly to strengthen connectivity in\nthe Jabodetabek region. \u2018The project is currently in the technical\nplanning phase, with progress nearing 80%. We are speeding up the\nprocess to complete the planning this year,\u2019 he said in a statement on\nSunday (24\/5). The project has an investment value of Rp12.35 trillion\nunder a Government and Business Cooperation (KPBU) scheme without using\nstate budget funds. The toll road is projected to reduce travel time\nfrom Bogor to Tangerang to approximately 45 minutes. Construction will\nbe carried out by PT Bogor Serpong Infra Selaras, a consortium\ncomprising PT Jasa Marga, PT Adhi Karya, PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur,\nand PT Persada Utama Infra, with a 40-year concession period.\nTechnically, the toll road will be divided into four main sections.\nAdditionally, it will feature two main junctions \u2014 Salabenda and Serpong\n\u2014 and three interchanges in Pondok Udik, Putat Nutug, and Rumpin. The\nMinistry of Public Works confirmed that all construction processes will\nadhere to strict technical standards and regulations, including\nconstruction safety aspects. The toll road is expected not only to\nstreamline logistics but also reduce operational costs and drive growth\nof new economic hubs along the Bogor-Tangerang corridor.
