        "content": "<p>Sentul will soon have world-class hospital<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): An Indonesia-Singapore joint venture company,<br>\nGleneagles Hospital Corporation, will build an international-<br>\nstandard hospital with a total investment of Rp 60 billion<br>\n(approximately US$28 million) in the plush Royal Sentul Highlands<br>\nhousing complex.<\/p>\n<p>The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the project was<br>\nsigned here at a ceremony by Bambang Trihatmodjo and James T.<br>\nRiady, respectively chief commissioner and president of the<br>\nhousing developer, Gleneagles International Chairman Tony Tan, as<br>\nwell as Johannes Oentoro and Ronnie Tan from Gleneagles Hospital<br>\nCorporation.<\/p>\n<p>The share composition for the hospital is as follows:<br>\nGleneagles Hospital Corporation, 60 percent, and Royal Sentul<br>\nHighlands, 40 percent.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this week the housing developer held a ground breaking<br>\nceremony, which marked the start of the construction of a 450-<br>\nroom five-star hotel. The housing complex lies in a sprawling<br>\n2,000-hectare plot of land in Sentul, a scenic area around 30<br>\nkilometers south of Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>\"The development of the hospital is expected to reduce the<br>\nnumber of Indonesians going abroad for medical treatment,\"<br>\nBambang said.<\/p>\n<p>\"The (feasibility) study is slated to be completed within six<br>\nmonths,\" said Tong Padilla, an executive of Royal Sentul<br>\nHighlands.<\/p>\n<p>The hospital is scheduled to be completed in two years.(has)<\/p>",
