These efforts\nare beginning to yield positive results, notably at PT Semen Indonesia\n(Persero) Tbk (SMGR).<\/p>\n<p>Head of BP BUMN Dony Oskaria stated that Semen Indonesia recorded a\nnet profit of Rp46 billion in May 2026, representing a 380% increase\ncompared to Rp10 billion in May 2025. On a year-to-date basis through\nMay 2026, SIG also managed to reverse its performance from a loss of\nRp5.6 billion in the same period last year to a profit of Rp152 billion,\nmarking a 369% growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis positive performance achievement serves as an important\nfoundation for the company to continue growing healthily and sustainably\namidst an increasingly competitive industry dynamic,\u201d he said, citing an\nInstagram post on Thursday (18\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Dony, who also serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Daya Anagata\nNusantara Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara), held a meeting\nwith the President Director of SIG on 18 June 2026.
