        "content": "<p>Seksun in RI joint venture<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (Reuter): Seksun Precision Engineering Ltd said<br>\nyesterday it had entered an agreement with PT Cikarang Makmur<br>\n(PCM) and Shigeru Fukushima to set up a joint venture company.<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement, Seksun would take up a 55 percent stake<br>\nin a joint venture company, PT Seksun Presisi Engineering, while<br>\nPCM and Fukushima would hold 40 percent and five percent stake<br>\nrespectively.<\/p>\n<p>The joint venture company would manufacture and market metal<br>\nstamping parts, fabrication of tools and dies and sub-assembly in<br>\nIndonesia and other countries.<\/p>\n<p>The investment would be funded by internal resources and bank<br>\nborrowings.<\/p>",
