Nathan and the entire<br>\ncabinet to a stadium, organizers said.<\/p>\n<p>The strict security measures were being taken amid continuing<br>\nterrorist threats, highlighted by Tuesday's massive car-bomb<br>\nblast at a hotel in neighboring Indonesia believed carried out by<br>\nJamaah Islamiyah (JI) militants.<\/p>\n<p>Brig. Gen.
