Our motto in Bumi Serpong Damai is \"comfortable in a fresh
\nenvironment\". Almost all facilities needed for the convenience of
\nthe complex's residents are available. However, the condition of
\nthe complex's security is beginning to concern us. Especially to
\na retired person like me, who badly needs a quiet and safe area
\nto live in, Bumi Serpong Damai has become an intolerable human
\nhabitat.<\/p>\n
Besides frequent cases of theft, trouble makers usually extort
\nmoney from some of the newcomers, who are moving in to this area.
\nRefusal to pay the thugs, as they demand, would result in their
\nbeating the driver or the moving residents. In fact, the security
\npersonnel have done their best to curb this ill-practice,
\nsomething for which we are grateful. But the region is so large
\nthat they are incapable of coping with all the cases.<\/p>\n
There is one more thing which calls for the real estate
\nmanagement's attention. Fencing of the area should cover all
\nsectors instead of only giving priority and privilege to Sector
\nVI and Angrek Loka. Why does this discrimination exist?<\/p>\n
Besides, the management of Bumi Serpong Damai should give the
\nopportunity to the young people to actively participate in the
\ndevelopment, as they did in Bintaro Jaya. The local people living
\naround the complex were involved in the development, so that they
\ndid not have the impression of being neglected.<\/p>\n
