Police raided a house in the Nusa Dua Citra Gran residential complex in Bekasi after discovering multiple individuals allegedly engaging in drug use on the premises. The house was rented by a man identified as Abu (AS) who claimed to operate a logistics business, though the security guard reported seeing no suspicious activity prior to the raid and noted that the tenant and associates rarely stayed at the property.

BEKASI – A house in the Nusa Dua Citra Gran residential complex,
Jatikarya, Jatisampurna, Bekasi City, was raided by police when multiple
individuals were allegedly engaged in a drug party on the premises.

The house was rented by a man identified as Abu, or AS, who claimed
to be operating a logistics and courier business from the location.

This information was revealed by the residential complex’s security
guard, Boih Susanto (43), when met at the scene on Tuesday, 10 March
2026.

“He’s been renting here for almost a year. It’s supposedly for a
logistics business, sending goods and all that. But for day-to-day
activities, I don’t know much,” Boih told Kompas.com.

According to Boih, the house was not used as a residence by AS and
his associates, but rather solely as a location for business
operations.

“They just come and go. The house isn’t occupied; only the cleaning
crew stays there. It’s like the bosses and employees just come in and
out,” he explained.

“There was no suspicion at all. Nothing stood out during the time
he’s been renting here. Just guests coming and going,” he added.

Boih also stated that AS was the primary target of the police
raid.

“So he (AS) was the target. But his behaviour seemed fine. There was
nothing suspicious. It’s just that we don’t know the deeper details,” he
said.

He explained that the residential management actually prohibits
houses within the cluster from being used for business purposes.
However, because the previous owner was unaware of this regulation, the
house was eventually rented to AS.

“Business operations aren’t actually allowed here, and haven’t been
from the start. Perhaps because the previous owner didn’t know about the
rule, the house ended up being rented to someone else,” Boih
explained.

“They said they were from the Regional Police and had an assignment
letter. Initially they mentioned it was about vehicle theft, not drugs.
I happened to be on guard duty that time, so I accompanied them,” Boih
recounted.
",
