This is due to 42% of travellers still\nnot having returned to their places of work, predicting a second return\nwave in 2026 on several Java Island toll road sections. Additionally,\nthe main purpose is to maintain the safety of road users. Here is the\ntraffic engineering schedule during the second return wave in 2026,\nquoted from the official Instagram account <span class=\"citation\" data-cites=\"pupr_bpjt\">@pupr_bpjt<\/span>, Saturday (28\/3\/2026). The\nsecond wave return flow will implement one-way from the Semarang-Solo\ntoll at KM 421 directly to the Jakarta-Cikampek toll at KM 70, starting\non Monday, 23 March 2026 at 12:00 WIB until Sunday, 29 March 2026 at\n24:00 WIB. Contraflow for the return flow will be implemented on the\nJakarta-Cikampek toll from KM 70 towards KM 47. Besides the\nJakarta-Cikampek toll, the Jagorawi toll will implement contraflow at KM\n21 (Gunung Putri) to KM 8 (Cipayung) on 24 March 2026 and 29 March 2026\nfrom 14:00\u201319:00 WIB.
