        "content": "<p>SBY to visit Malaysia, Thailand<\/p>\n<p>The Jakarta Post, Jakarta<\/p>\n<p>President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is set to depart on a<br>\nweek-long overseas trip.<\/p>\n<p>The trip, starting Sunday, will take the President to Malaysia<br>\nand Thailand.<\/p>\n<p>In Malaysia, the President's main agenda is to attend the 11th<br>\nASEAN Summit and the East Asia Summit, which brings together for<br>\nthe first time leaders from the 10 ASEAN countries, China, Japan,<br>\nthe Republic of Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and India.<\/p>\n<p>\"The President is also scheduled to deliver a keynote<br>\npresentation during the 3rd ASEAN Business and Investment Forum-<br>\nSpecial Dialog,\" presidential spokesman Dino Patti Djalal said on<br>\nFriday.<\/p>\n<p>On the sidelines of his Malaysian outing, Susilo is also<br>\nslated to hold bilateral meetings with a number of heads of<br>\ngovernment, including Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi,<br>\nVietnamese Prime Minister Phan Van Khai, New Zealand Prime<br>\nMinister Helen Clark and Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jia Bao.<\/p>\n<p>After spending three days in Kuala Lumpur, the President and<br>\nhis entourage will fly to Thailand for an official trip, during<br>\nwhich he will hold talks with Thai Prime Minister Thaksin<br>\nShinawatra and pay a visit to Thai King Bhumibol Adulyajed.<\/p>\n<p>The President is expected to witness the signing of several<br>\nmemorandums of understanding between Indonesia and Thailand,<br>\nincluding on agriculture cooperation. He will also meet a number<br>\nof top executives of major companies in Thailand.<\/p>\n<p>A holder of a doctorate degree in agro-economics, Susilo will<br>\nbring home the title of honoris causa doctorate degree in<br>\npolitics from Bangkok-based Thammasat University.<\/p>",
