"content": "<p>A Saudi Arabian national has died at his domicile in Oi Saro Village,\nSanggar District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Police discovered\nleftover generic medication and several bottles of alcohol at the\nlocation. The deceased, a male with the initials MSM, was 52 years old,\naccording to Bima Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head Iptu Ghufron\nSubeki on Wednesday. MSM breathed his last en route to the Sanggar\nCommunity Health Centre on Tuesday after his health condition worsened.\nPrior to his death, a local resident found MSM lying weak on a sofa at\nhis residence on Monday. The witness attempted to ask about his\ncondition but received no response. The witness then bought food for MSM\nand informed the Oi Sari village head. The village head and the witness\nlater returned to find MSM still in a weakened state. A healthcare\nworker was called to examine him, recording his blood pressure at\n170\/130, with foam coming from his mouth and a strong smell of alcohol.\nAs his condition deteriorated, residents and the healthcare worker\nattempted to transport him to the Sanggar Community Health Centre, but\nhe passed away during the journey. His body was taken to Bima Regional\nGeneral Hospital by ambulance, accompanied by his wife and police\npersonnel. Following a report, the Bima Police deployed a crime scene\ninvestigation team. At the scene, officers secured half a bottle of red\nwine from the refrigerator and six empty bottles of various alcoholic\nbeverages, along with several packets of generic medication. A black\nsling bag containing a passport and documents was also found behind the\nbedroom door. No signs of violence were discovered on the body. Police\nhave not yet concluded the cause of death, as further medical\nexamination or an autopsy is required. However, the family, through the\nSaudi Arabian Embassy in Jakarta, has only permitted an external\nexamination and formally refused an autopsy. The body is currently in\nthe process of being repatriated to Saudi Arabia for burial.<\/p>",
