        "content": "<p>The Depok Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) has carried out an\noperation against illegal structures along Jalan Pasir Putih, Sawangan,\nDepok. A total of 120 illegal buildings were demolished.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday\u2019s operation is a follow-up to reports from residents regarding\nillegal structures around Jalan Pasir Putih. There are 120 buildings in\naccordance with the warning letters we issued,\u201d said Head of Depok\nSatpol PP Dede Hidayat to reporters on Wednesday (19\/8\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Dede said his office had sent warning letters to those who erected\nthe illegal structures. He stated that the demolished buildings violated\nriver setback regulations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn accordance with procedure, we issued warning letters 1, 2, and 3.\nAnd thank God, many residents were self-aware that the structures we are\ntaking action against violate the river setback line and are located on\nthe riverbank,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey are aware of that, and thank God the enforcement operation\nproceeded effectively and in an orderly manner,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Dede said 200 joint personnel were deployed in the operation against\nthe illegal structures, consisting of Satpol PP, the Indonesian National\nArmed Forces (TNI), and the Indonesian National Police (Polri). He said\nenforcement would also be carried out in other locations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe enforcement we are carrying out is being done in stages. We are\nhere on behalf of the Depok City Government as part of a joint team.\nThis is because colleagues from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry\nand the Ministry of Public Works and Housing have already inspected the\nlocation.
