        "content": "<p>Satelindo saga<\/p>\n<p>I have been a subscriber to the Satelindo GSM phone system<br>\nsince the beginning of this year. My phone was obtained through a<br>\nBank Bali promotional scheme. Since the billing system of<br>\nSatelindo changed some time in the middle of this year, certain<br>\ninvoices during this period make absolutely no sense. The<br>\nsubscriber is eventually either forced to accept the charge or<br>\nthrow away the card, stop paying bills or subscribe to a new<br>\nservice.<\/p>\n<p>I believe I was wrongly invoiced during the month of August-<br>\nSeptember for the sum of Rp 320,302. On many occasions, I have<br>\ncontacted Satelindo&apos;s customer service department by phone, fax<br>\nand registered mail letters, but have received no response.<\/p>\n<p>Bank Bali&apos;s customer service, which is more efficient than<br>\nSatelindo&apos;s, has tried to be of assistance, but all they have<br>\nbeen able to obtain is an invoice for the abovementioned amount.<\/p>\n<p>But they are unable to provide the detailed or itemized phone<br>\ncharges I have been billed for. After clearly trying umpteen<br>\ntimes, it seems Bank Bali has also given up by claiming that the<br>\nitemized billing does not exist and Satelindo is unable to<br>\nprovide a copy.<\/p>\n<p>In all sincerity, I doubt this invoice numbered 000092339-1,<br>\nbecause the very next month, on invoice 0001249753-3 for Rp<br>\n764,214, I have been invoiced for the same period for the sum of<br>\nRp 320,302.<\/p>\n<p>There seems to be no way to pursue this matter as Satelindo is<br>\nturning a deaf ear, and Bank Bali can only apologize and pass on<br>\ntheir regrets as they are unable to do anything.<\/p>\n<p>To whom does one turn?
