        "content": "<p>Satelindo apologizes<\/p>\n<p>I am writing in reference to the letter Satelindo snags which<br>\nappeared in The Jakarta Post on May 24.<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of Satelindo Direct, I would like to profoundly<br>\napologize to Mr. Deepak for the unfortunate situation in which he<br>\nfound himself.<\/p>\n<p>Satelindo Direct is an exclusive chain of hand phone<br>\nretailers, dedicated to making it easier for consumers to buy<br>\nSatelindo products and services. Our philosophy is best expressed<br>\nin our five star commitment (1) competitive prices, (2) wide<br>\nchoice, (3) fast activation, (4) genuine product and (5)<br>\nconvenient locations.<\/p>\n<p>As our customer commitment makes clear, our intention is to<br>\ndeliver a wide range of cellular services, not just the best<br>\nvalue for money prices.<\/p>\n<p>As part of Satelindo Direct&apos;s commitment, sales and service<br>\nstaff are participants in intensive customer training, on an<br>\nongoing basis.<\/p>\n<p>The Satelindo Direct concept has been enthusiastically<br>\nwelcomed by the marketplace as judged by the response the stores<br>\nare receiving. Not surprisingly, after only six weeks of<br>\noperation, some problems have occurred which we are in the<br>\nprocess of resolving.<\/p>\n<p>It is certainly not our intention to advertise products which<br>\nare not available.
