Sastra Winara, Chair of the Bogor Regency Regional House of\nRepresentatives, has emphasised that all officials and civil servants\n(ASN) in Bogor Regency must carry out their duties with full integrity,\nprofessionalism, and strengthen bureaucratic performance in supporting\npublic service delivery.<\/p>\n
He conveyed this message following his attendance at the inauguration\nof 21 administrator and supervisory officials within the Bogor Regency\nadministration at the Regent\u2019s Office on Friday, 27 February 2026.<\/p>\n
\u201cCongratulations to the newly inaugurated officials who have taken\ntheir oaths. This mandate is not merely a position, but a responsibility\nto provide the best service to the public,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n
On this occasion, Sastra also urged the newly inaugurated officials\nto always carry out their duties with full responsibility. \u201cExecute your\nduties with full integrity, professionalism, and high dedication,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n
Sastra also requested that the newly inaugurated officials serve as\nrole models in their work, maintain public trust, and be able to deliver\ninnovation for the advancement of Bogor Regency.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, Regent Rudy Susmanto stressed that personnel\nrotation and transfers are normal occurrences within any organisation.\nThis is part of renewal, competency adjustment, and organisational needs\nto ensure alignment in building Bogor Regency. \u201cTransfers and rotations\nare carried out objectively based on organisational needs and\ncompetencies according to the capacity required by the regional\ngovernment,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n
He also appreciated the performance of the Bogor Regency Human\nResources and Civil Service Board (BKPSDM), which was deemed\nprofessional in supporting the transfer and rotation process, and hopes\nthat the newly inaugurated officials can carry out their mandate with\nfull responsibility, integrity, and high dedication in serving the\npeople of Bogor Regency.<\/p>\n
