The suspect, identified as\nHS, 28, was apprehended on Wednesday evening while conducting a\nmethamphetamine transaction in Lubuk Napal village, Pauh District.<\/p>\n<p>Sarolangun Police Chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner Wendi\nOktariansyah confirmed the arrest, stating that officers from the\nSarolangun Narcotics Unit, supported by the Pauh Police Station, had\nbeen monitoring the suspect\u2019s activities. During a search witnessed by\nvillage officials and local residents, the team seized two packets of\nmethamphetamine weighing 0.22 grammes, a homemade pistol, two rounds of\nlive ammunition, a bong, empty plastic clips, and two mobile phones.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary investigations revealed that HS had been distributing\nnarcotics in the Lubuk Napal area, a region previously notorious for\nillegal crude oil refining, for the past two years. The suspect claimed\nthe drugs were supplied by an individual who is now the subject of an\nongoing manhunt.
