        "content": "<p>The National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) has deployed 13\nvessels on the fourth day of the search for five journalists who lost\ncontact while covering the eruption of Mount Anak Krakatau, spanning\nfour different sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the Banten SAR Office, Al Amrad, stated that the 13\nassets deployed for the fourth day of the operation include KRI Kerambit\n627, KN SAR Tetuka, KP Hayabusa, KN SAR Basudewa, KRI Leuser 924, KAL\nAnyer, KP Sanjaya, RIB 02 Banten, RBB P Peucang, RIB Lampung, KAL\nPahawang, TB Gunung Santri, and KRI Lepu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor today, we are moving 13 assets divided into four sectors,\u201d he\nsaid at the Marina Carita SAR Post, Pandeglang, Banten, on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that, firstly, vessels will traverse Sector A, which\ncovers a search area of approximately 1,026 nautical miles, using KRI\nKerambit, KP Sanjaya, and KAL Pahawang. \u201cBecause the area is quite vast,\nwe are using three assets, positioned in the open sea, approximately\nnear Tanjung Belimbing, Lampung,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, for Sector C, the search area covers approximately 585\nnautical miles, involving two assets: KN SAR Basudewa from Lampung and a\nRIB based in Lampung. \u201cKN SAR is conducting the search in the central\nregion, while the RIB is sweeping the coastline of the island or Tanjung\nBelimbing,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Sector D, covering approximately 585 nautical miles, will\nbe traversed using KAL Hayabusa, positioned from north of Sector C up to\nTanjung Panaitan.<\/p>\n<p>He added that today, the joint SAR team will also conduct further\nsweeps of the islands surrounding Mount Anak Krakatau, including Sebesi\nIsland. \u201cWe will monitor the entirety of Krakatau Island, Panjang\nIsland, and Sertung Island, while one RIB from Lampung, RIB 02, will\ncircle the search area around Sebesi Island,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The five journalists have been missing since Monday (7\/9) while\ntravelling towards the Sunda Strait waters to cover the eruptive\nactivity of Mount Anak Krakatau.<\/p>",
